We started the day with Magnetic Polydron. Toby was exploring interesting tilings with equilateral triangles and hexagons, thinking about colour patterns. He then thought about these as nets for 3D shapes. He plans to make a video to explain his findings.
Toby practised piano.
We went to the library and Toby spent a long time reading.
Toby asked me to choose a number between 1 and 101 then used that page number in the Zentangle book to find a tangle. He then started working on a new Zentangle using just that pattern.
After lunch we did a History lesson from Twinkl about the War of the Roses.
We watched a programme about Water Scarcity around the world.
We played Boggle together which Toby really enjoyed!
